1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
These terms govern your use of morrowdaily.com (the "Site"), operated by Morrow ("we", "us"). The Morrow product itself has not launched; the Site currently offers information about the product, a waitlist, and information about our founding campaign. By using the Site you agree to these terms. Separate terms will govern the Morrow application when it becomes available.
2. The product is not yet available
Morrow is in active development. Descriptions of features on this Site include both functionality that exists today and functionality that is planned for future phases; planned features are labeled as roadmap items. Roadmap items, timelines, and planned pricing are goals, not commitments, and may change or be discontinued.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We will use your email address to send launch and build-progress updates, as described in our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. A waitlist spot does not guarantee access on any particular date.
4. Founding presales and investing
If and when founding presale tiers are offered for purchase, they will be governed by separate presale terms presented at the time of purchase, and you will not be charged before the product ships to you. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Information about our contemplated equity crowdfunding offering, including the required legends and risk disclosures, is on our Investors page.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Morrow name, wordmark, design system, text, and interface previews — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as needed to view the Site, without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempting to breach security, no submitting others' email addresses to the waitlist, and no unlawful use.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State — to be confirmed with counsel before launch], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
